Who are we?

Welcome to VRRC "The Victims Rights Reform Council".  VRRC was formed as a 501C3 Non-Profit in honor of all of the victims of violent crime and homicide victims who have no voice.

In 2025, we advanced a comprehensive legislative and policy agenda that gives survivors a voice in government and the justice system. We’ve expanded our resources to relocate victims of abuse and trafficking, and we now have investigators actively working to help solve cold cases—bringing long-awaited justice to families. Every day, we provide direct support, resources, and advocacy to victims across the country.

Looking forward, one of our most important goals is to build a network of corporate partners who share our vision of empowerment through employment. We aim to create opportunities for victims ready to rebuild their lives—surrounded by peers and supervisors who understand their journey and can offer both compassion and stability.
